About Maggie

Maggie Grasso is a seasoned criminal and civil litigator, with over 25 years of courtroom experience.

She graduated first in her class, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1995. She tried her first criminal jury trial only a few months after passing the bar exam and since then her trial experience has grown exponentially in both civil and criminal matters.

Maggie is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York State Courts and is admitted to Federal Court in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware.

Maggie is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the preeminent organization of trial lawyers in North America, which is composed of less than 1 percent of the total lawyer population of any state.

A federal court judge before whom she has litigated matters has stated she “challeng[ed] the government’s case at every turn. Maggie prides herself of providing all of her clients with individualized attention. She answers her clients phone calls and text messages at all hours of the day. She strives to make sure all of her clients are fully advised of their rights and options and counsels her clients to make the most informed decisions best suited for their specific needs.
